New International Airport in Lombok

The New Lombok International Airport (Bandara International Lombok), Planned to open on 1 October 2011. This airport is located in central southern lombok newa the city of praya.

this new airport has been formally announced several time in the past and the rescheduled for a leter date.

With the opening of this new airport, lombok island will be the next destination for travelling.

For those of you who are yet to visit this fantastic island, you are in for a relaxed treat. Forget the hustle and bustle and be prepared for a lay-back holiday and, an introduction to a different culture and stunning scenery. My advice to anyone contemplating a visit or extended stay in Lombok is to hire a vehicle and drive around.

The roads are relatively good, the people super-friendly and a must-see is the towering volcano of Gunung Rinjani. The religion in the eastern half of the island is predominately Muslim. Handicraft villages abound right across the island and Lombok has some of the best diving and surfing to be found anywhere.

Bali Traditional Healing Program

If you have a disease, it went to the doctor but no significant progress. you should try the traditional Balinese way of healing. This traditional healing hopefully be able to cure you from diseases that you suffer.
The Method:
The methods are based on Bali’s esoteric teachings on divine energy, which emphasise the importance of balancing spiritual awareness with physical fitness.
How it Works:
  • Healers will touch parts of your body, if the negative energy is detected, you will be able to feel it, then the healer will remove that negative energy.
  • Healers will touch it again to make sure the negative energy is gone.
  • You Feel part of your body, to make sure you’re feeling better.
How long it takes:
Healing takes a very short time, less than 5 minutes. but if you are serious illness, it is necessary to check over and over until it is considered cured.
Type of Illness:
Various diseases can usually be cured, like symptoms of a stroke, severe stroke, mild cancer, paralysis due to negative energy, illness due to black magic, etc
Definitely Cured?
If you are destined, it is believed you will be cured, so many have healed from various diseases caused by negative energy.
I am not sick, can I check?
Sometimes the disease can not be felt now, but will be active at your age getting older or your body has no antibodies, checking early will help you detect the disease early. when you are touched by the healer, if there is no disease, then you will not feel anything. but if there is disease then you will feel the negative energy in the place you touched.
How much do I have to pay:
To check your illness accounted for only U.S. $ 1, but if you have been successfully treated, you are expected to contribute to our social foundations of at least U.S. $ 50. This money will be used to carry out mass healing in Bali.

Ubud Writers & Readers Festival

The 2010 Citbank – Ubud Writers & Readers Festival theme is ‘Bhinneka Tunggal Ika: Harmony in Diversity’, the Indonesian national motto originating from the Sutasoma, an ancient Javanese text which advocates respect between all people, across religious, ethnic and social divides.

From October 6 – 10, the brightest global writers will come together to debate the issues that divide and unite us, in a celebration of stories and voices. There will be writers from China, Malta, Djibouti, Palestine, Israel, Lebanon, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, France, Bosnia, Turkey, South Africa, Australia, the UK, Ireland, the US and Canada, and from across the Indonesian archipelago.

The Citbank – Ubud Writers & Readers Festival is the major project of the not-for-profit foundation, the Yayasan Mudra Swari Saraswati. It was first conceived of by Janet De Neefe, co-founder of the Foundation, as a healing project in response to the first Bali bombing, with the first event held in 2004.

The Citibank – Ubud Writers & Readers Festival mission is to create a world class literary event that brings together diverse Indonesian and international voices for dialogue and exchange in order to: share stories, ideas and their craft in the spirit of cross-cultural understanding; foster greater international awareness and understanding of Indonesian literary cultures; create opportunities for Indonesian writers to present their work to a global audience; and to expose Indonesian audiences to the work of international writers.
