The answer is yes. You will find the Balinese to have a very open mind when it comes to most all issues, including human sexuality.
Overt public displays of affection, be the hetero or homo sexual are not appreciated, but in points south and in the bars like Kudos, Hulu Cafe , QBar all in Seminyak area, it’s not that big deal. The one thing that is not tolerated here in any regard is pedophilia.
