- Plain Rice Or Rice Porridge
- Oats/Porridge
- Semolina Custard
- Clear Soups
- Herbal Teas ( Chamomile, Peppermint)
- Natural Yogurt Or Pro Biotic Supplements (Acidophilus/Biphodophilus)
- Ginger And/Or Peppermint (In Lollies Or Teas)
- Take Very Small Amounts Of Food/Fluid At Frequent Intervals
